In 1965 in the city of Monterrey, N.L. Mexico, Ing. Carlos Mayer Maqueo starts the career in the air conditioning segment, with the objective of giving service and maintenance to all kinds of A/C and refrigeration equipments, consolidating his business on this field in the middle of the 70's.

In the early eighties, he begins a second and very important enterprise towards the manufacture and assembly of WRAC and Mini-Split units as a process for the U.S. markets, developing at the same time equipments for Mexico's market. Taking advantage of this synergism in business we begin the manufacture of coils, with excellent results.

In the 90's , after positioning the brand MAYER on the industrial and commercial segment, modernization of the facilities took place, with the benefit of the emerging economies and just one objective: Consolidate a manufacture and service consortium through all of the country, and at the international level, incorporating electronics to ensure intelligent controls and make equipments that will be absolutely trustworthy and profitable.
